I could not be happier with the new roof Homegrown Construction Co. installed for me! From the very beginning to the final cleanup, Steven and his team did an absolute amazing job.

What we do in Marion
Our shop is on South Western Avenue in Marion, so this is the one place on the map where we are not driving in from somewhere else. If a shingle blows off in a February wind or a gutter pulls loose over the garage, we can get eyes on it quickly and tell you straight whether it needs a repair or a replacement.
Marion has a lot of homes that have already been through more than one roof. That matters, because tearing off two or three layers of shingles is a different job than tearing off one, and the decking underneath is sometimes the real problem. We look before we quote, and if the sheathing has to be replaced we say so up front instead of finding it on install day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need an appointment to have someone look at my roof in Marion?
No. Call or text (765) 201-0859, or use the form on this page, and we will set a time to come out. Our shop is on South Western Avenue here in Marion, so getting eyes on a Marion roof does not mean waiting until a crew happens to be in the area.
My house has been roofed more than once. Does that change the job?
Yes, and it is worth knowing before you get a number. Tearing off two or three layers of shingles is more work than tearing off one, and the decking underneath is sometimes the real problem. We look before we quote, and if the sheathing has to be replaced we say so then instead of on install day.
Do you cover the rest of Grant County or only Marion?
The whole county and well past it. Gas City, Jonesboro, Fairmount, Swayzee and Upland are all Grant County towns we work in regularly, and we go as far as Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. Marion is just where the shop is.

Homegrown Construction Co. did a fantastic job on our roof! The team communicated effectively throughout, and their thorough cleanup was impressive. Completing the project in just one day was truly extraordinary! I would recommend this company for all your exterior needs!

I saw posts by Homegrown online while looking for companies to replace our roof and possibly the siding of our house. Steven and his crew were knowledgeable in their videos and their work looked great online.
