Every job, no obligation
Fairmount is about ten miles straight south of Marion, and it is the kind of town where houses have been standing long enough that the original details are worth protecting. We handle roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors there, plus kitchen and bathroom remodels.
On an older home the roof is rarely the only question. Flashing around the chimney, fascia that has taken on water, and gutters sized for a different roofline tend to show up together. We will tell you which of those actually needs attention now and which can wait, in plain language.

That is most of what Fairmount work is. Houses here have been standing long enough that the original details are worth protecting, and the goal is to keep the house looking like itself while the roof, siding, gutters, windows and doors do their job.

I had a couple of exterior doors replaced by the one and only Homegrown Construction. They were extremely friendly and professional, very reasonable on pricing, and their work was amazing. I've already hired them again for more projects. Highly recommend.

The crew at Homegrown Construction Co worked hard to get the job done for my new roof and I am very pleased with the work they did. They had the old roof torn off by lunchtime and the new one put on before they left in the evening. Amazing job!

I hired Homegrown Construction to replace the roof, gutters and 3 windows on my house. There was a small hiccup with the project (nobody's fault), but it was resolved quickly and professionally. They truly take care of their customers.
